In a recent series of posts on his X handle, famous Nigerian content creator and activist, Mr Macaroni, expressed his deep concern and criticism towards the Nigerian government's handling of the escalating insecurity in the country. This comes in the wake of the tragic death of Nabeeha Al-Kadriyar, one of the six family members who were kidnapped in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.

Alhaji Mansoor Al-Kadriyar and his six daughters were abducted over a week ago in the Bwari Area Council of the FCT. Tragically, Nabeeha, a 400-level biological science student at Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) in Zaria, was killed by her abductors on Friday. The kidnappers initially demanded a ransom of N60 million, but heartbreakingly, they increased it to N100 million after Nabeeha's murder. Mr Macaroni's heartfelt posts raised important questions about the value of human lives in Nigeria and the government's responsibility to protect its citizens. He questioned how many more lives must be lost and how many more Nigerians will suffer due to the irresponsibility and recklessness of those perpetrating these acts of violence.

With six sisters initially kidnapped and one tragically killed, Mr Macaroni called on the government to take immediate action to ensure the safety of the remaining five. He emphasized the need for a comprehensive and effective strategy to combat the rising insecurity and protect the lives of every Nigerian.
