Phyna, the reality TV star, has confidently stated that she sees herself as a trailblazer for Nigerian hype women, regardless of recognition. In a discussion with musician Minz on the podcast Spill With Phyna, the Big Brother Naija winner highlighted her pioneering role in the hype woman scene. Before her stint on the reality show, Phyna claimed to be the sole prominent female hype woman in Abuja.
