The Nigerian government has filed a three-count charge against popular Instagram celebrity, Cubana Chief Priest, also known as Pascal Okechukwu, for abusing the naira, the country's currency. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is set to arraign Cubana on Wednesday, April 17, before Justice Kehinde Ogundare of the Federal High Court in Lagos. According to the charges, Cubana is allegedly responsible for spraying fake naira notes during various public events, which is a violation of the country's law. If convicted, Cubana faces a prison sentence of up to six months and a fine of up to N100,000.
