Popular Nigerian crossdresser, Idris Okuneye, aka Bobrisky, has been released from prison after serving time for mutilating naira notes. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had secured his conviction on April 5, 2024, and he was sentenced to prison.
However, Bobrisky is now a free man, and he's wasting no time celebrating with friends. In a video circulating online, Bobrisky is seen vibing to Mohbad's and Chike's Egwu song with his friends, who cheered and congratulated him on his release.

Bobrisky's release comes as a relief to his fans and supporters, who had been eagerly awaiting his freedom. The crossdresser had pleaded guilty to four counts of naira abuse before Justice A.O. Awogboro of the Federal High Court, Lagos.
